Important Notes
Registration is mandatory for all delegates and participants.
PG students must provide valid ID proof at the time of registration.
Accompanying persons will have access to social functions only.
Spot registration will be subject to availability.
All registrations will be confirmed only after successful payment.
Cancellation / Refund Policy – MP CSI 2026
Registrations can be cancelled with a 50% refund if an email notification is received on or before 15 August 2026.
A 30% refund will be applicable for cancellations if an email notification is received on or before 31 August 2026.
No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received after 31 August 2026. However, in case of genuine emergencies or unavoidable circumstances, special requests may be reviewed and considered on a case-to-case basis by the Conference Organizing Committee.
All eligible refunds will be processed within 30 days after the completion of the conference.
