Registration Guidelines
- Conference Registration is Mandatory for all the attendees.
- Conference Registration must be done via online registration portal only.
- Registration is non-transferable.
- Registration confirmation will be received via email / SMS on your registered mobile number and email-id after receiving your payment.
- Entry of the Accompanying Person may be restricted to certain areas at the venue of the conference.
- Organizer will not be responsible for any date change of the conference and any loss or theft of personal belongings.
- The registration fee is refundable based on the cancellation and refund policy. All the refunds will be processed after the accomplishment of the conference.
- All fees are inclusive of 18% GST

* Registration fee includes accommodation at conference venue on twin sharing basis
* Accommodation is subject to availability on first come first serve basis
