REGISTRATION CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

• Registration cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat.

• Cancellation up to 30 days before the conference: 75% of the registration fee will be refunded.

• Cancellation 15–29 days before the conference: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.

• Cancellation less than 15 days before the conference: No refund will be applicable.

• No refund will be provided for no-show participants.

• Registration is non-transferable unless prior approval is obtained from the Organising Committee.

• Any applicable bank/payment gateway charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.

• In case of conference cancellation or postponement by the Organising Committee, the refund/adjustment policy will be communicated separately.

• The decision of the Organising Committee regarding cancellation and refund shall be final.
